We offer domestic and international delivery services both via NinjaVan & Aramex. 

Tracking number will be provided through email once we have shipped out your order. If you have not received your order within 3 working days, please contact support@jlabella.com.my


Postage charges

A. Domestic Delivery
Postage fees for domestic delivery are as below:

West Malaysia – Start from RM8
Sabah & Sarawak – Start from RM13

B.International Shipping & Customs Notice

**Your order may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Our delivery partner may contact you via SMS and/or email to request identification or payment for import clearance.**

While international deliveries usually arrive on time, customs inspections can occasionally cause delays of up to 4 weeks. These instances are rare but possible, and unfortunately beyond our control.
